This resource discusses how cancer treatment and prevention affects long-term health, quality of life and your well-being. It provides information on nutrition, exercise and weight, emotional health and well-being, and palliative and integrative care. It also discusses sexual health and intimacy, which includes change in body image, shape and sensation, genito-urinary symptoms, loss of libido, mental health, and ways to improve sexual health and intimacy. In addition, information on survivorship/previvorship and follow-up care after treatment or prevention is provided. It discusses survivorship care plans, health issues, cognitive function and fatigue, lymphedema, and sleep.
