This resource provides information on different genes that are linked to hereditary cancers. For each gene mutation listed, information on cancer risk, guidelines for screening, prevention, treatment options and clinical trials is provided. Hereditary cancer genes and risk are available by gene mutations and cancer syndromes, which include hereditary breast and ovarian cancer syndrome and lynch syndrome, among others. Hereditary cancer genes and risk are also available by cancer types, which include breast, colorectal, endometrial, gastric, melanoma, pancreatic, prostate, fallopian tube, ovarian, and primary peritoneal cancer.
